We love these beaters. Our go-to for most purposes is our soft beater, which is great for meditative drumming and journey styles. Soft beaters are made from New England moose maple wood (swamp willow) and include a padded head with two sides: one in faux suede and the other in faux fur. These beaters produce a deep sound without the sharp attack of traditional (hard) beaters. Our hard beaters are perfect for drum circles and more intense drumming sessions. They are made from alder wood with a suede or leather head. All of our beaters are hand made and colors may vary.
